How to check if the Community Fibre Service programme is in effect in your location

Step 1: Inform us that you are interested, and we will check to see whether fibre service is available in your area or if we have any plans to do so soon. If your location is not listed, it means that the community fibre service has not yet been extended to your neighborhood.

You can also apply for our community Fibre service if you presently have a fibre provider in your region but are dissatisfied with the quality of the service.

Step 2: If you are interested in a Community Fibre Service, please register to let us know. We'll then send you an email with a reference number and further instructions.

We'll send you a second email with a website link about 24 hours later. This is where you may enter information like addresses and phone numbers of other persons who are interested in starting the service.

Step 3: We'll conduct a commercial and technical survey.

This is when we will visit your area to do a commercial and technical survey in order to determine what is required from our end to launch. Once we have completed our survey, we will send you feedback informing you of our roll out strategy and project timeline.

​​Step 4: Once successful , we will roll out our service to you

At this stage, we'll provide you with our roll out strategy and timeline. Once this is agreed upon, we will go on to the construction phase, which typically relies on the size of the infrastructure to be implemented.

You can now subscribe to our service and enjoy superfast broadband after the construction is completed.
